A Recipe for Shape

1. Diet is my biggest focus, lots of clean, lean protein with complex carbs early in the day. I eat Lean Meats, beef filet, chicken, fish, lot of greens and I avoid sugars.

2. For exercise I do one hour of Yoga in the AM, followed by 30 minutes of cardio climber in the PM.

3. A glass of wine, Cheers..
